Why get a photo booth for your party?
Since this is the newest, hottest trend in entertainment and memorabilia, you do not want to be left out of this new age digital fun. It's fun, smiles, laughter, dressing up or just look FUNNY and you get photo proof of all the above.
How do we get the booth to our event?
We bring the booth to you, set it up, do our thing and dismantle it after your event. We also supply trained photo booth hosts. Apart from realy knowing a thing or two about how to operate our photo booths, they know about how a party works. We are people people, know how to get your guests involved and making sure that the fun flows. When the booth packs up, you will be saying good night to a friend.
How big is the booth?
Our photo booth requires a space of about 3m x 3m. And should not be firther than 10m from a plug.
What else do we need from you?
We need a regular electrical outlet, a table for the props, access to your venue about 2 hours prior to your event and we are good to go!!
So how does the photo booth actually works?
Your guests enter the photo booth and push start button to start the fun. The camera takes 4 pictures, about 6 seconds apart. As the pictures gets taken, it can be seen on the viewing screen. Upon completion, the printer takes 15 sec to print and vola!
Can I get copies of the photos?
All our packages includes a disc with all of the photos taken on the night. if you want more prints after the event you are more than welcome to place an order with us.
How far in advance do I need to book my photo or video booth prior to my event?
We recommend booking your booth as far in advance as possible as spaces fill up fast. A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve your booth.
What is the best place for the photo booth or video booth to be set up?
We recommend that you place the booth in the lobby or main hallway of your reception hall, but our professional quality photo and lighting equipment ensures great quality no matter where the booth is located.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Starting from 1hour rentals - the sky is your limit!
When is the final payment due?
Your final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your rental.
Where is your service Area?
Our service area covers Bloemfontein and surrounding areas. Travel distances exceeding 30km round trip, will be charged at R3.50 per additional kilometer. Although we are based in Bloemfontein, we do render our services anywhere in South Africa
Can we have a special message displayed on our prints?
YES. Your print can be fully customized and guess what you don't have to pay a cent for it. Please discuss it with us not later than 7 days prior to your event.
How many photos can we take?
Unlimited photos! To be precise our photo booths take four photos per session. We can do about 50 sessions an hour, after each session the four photos are printed out on a 4×6 Post Card photo paper. So the booth takes a total of around 200 photos per hour.
Will I see myself on screen before my photo or video is taken?
While taking photos, your guests will see themselves before each photo is taken.
